Imperial Chinese Powderblue and Gilt Dish – Qianlong Mark and Period
Painted in gilt with a central stylised lotus within borders of flowerheads and foliage. The three front parts of the holder are painted in the same colours as the dish. Backside a Qianlong Six-Character Seal Mark in under glaze blue and of the Period (1736-1795).
Condition: backside are three hairlines (not to see from the front), some gilding missing (photos are made with hard light and normal light to give an impression of the gilding) – further only the typical traces of production and age.
